What we collect

Your name, mobile number, optional email, and the transactions you make. Passwords and PINs are stored only as salted hashes. Card numbers are never sent to or stored by KalooPay — they are entered on our payment partner's hosted page.

How we use it

To run your account, process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor (Lenco) receives the details needed to move money: amount, reference and the mobile number or card being charged. Regulators and law enforcement where required by Zambian law.

Your choices

You can update your name and email in Settings. To close your account or request a copy of your data, email support@kaloopay.kalootech.com.
